FALLING IN LOVE WITH MYSELF: A JOURNEY TO SELF-ACCEPTANCE

Hi, hi, beautiful people! šŸ’›

I hope you're all doing amazing because, honestly, I’m feeling fantastic! Life is so good right now, and I don’t even know what changed. All I know is that I’ve fallen deeply in love with myself for no reason at all—and let me tell you, it feels incredible!

How Are You, Really?

Before I go any further, how are you? What’s been on your mind lately? Have you fallen in love with yourself yet, or are you stuck in the cycle of self-criticism, constantly overthinking what you should or shouldn’t do?

I feel like society pressures us to achieve certain things in a specific way, and in the process, we forget that we are already enough. We start seeing ourselves as failures just because we don’t fit into the mold that society has set.

Nobody Is Watching—Live Freely

Too often, I see people avoiding crowded places because they feel judged. But the truth? Most people are too focused on their own lives to care about yours. They are chasing goals, adding one achievement after another, and have no time to sit around and judge you.

Who actually judges you? The ones who have nothing going on in their lives. They pick apart your clothes, your body, your choices—not because they are better, but because tearing others down makes them feel less small. But love, let me tell you something: those who judge you have nothing you should envy. In person, they wouldn’t even dare compare themselves to you.

So don’t let their negativity shrink you. Let them talk, but don’t let them define your next move. Walk boldly, live freely, and chase your dreams unapologetically.

If You’re the One Judging...

Now, if you find yourself criticizing others, ask yourself—why? Is it insecurity? Boredom? A way to distract yourself from your own struggles? Because trust me, you can do better than spending your time tearing others down. Instead, sit with yourself and figure out what’s truly worth your energy.

Ignore the Noise & Keep Moving

At the end of the day, the people who laugh at you or envy you are beneath you. Their goal is to pull you down to their level, to make you doubt yourself. But you are not here to be diminished. Keep hustling, keep growing, and most importantly—keep loving yourself. Their voices don’t matter. Yours does.

  2. A picture from my morning walk (which I usually love, but today my friend called and talked through the whole thing—ugh, I just want my peaceful walks, guys! šŸ˜‚).

  3. A picture from the field while we were planting beans.

Wrapping Up šŸ’›

Thank you so much for being here, reading my thoughts, and supporting me. I appreciate you endlessly! Don’t forget to comment and let me know what you’d love me to talk about next.

Until next time—keep shining and loving yourself! ✨

HEY LIFE, I’M BACK!

Hi hi, beautiful people! šŸŒžšŸ’› I hope life is treating you like the kings and queens you are šŸ‘‘—because you truly deserve it! Gosh, I can’t believe how long it’s been since I last wrote or published a blog post 😩. But hey, let’s just say life has been pushing me to the edges and pulling me back again... and now? I think I’m finally back to some form of normality—or at least I believe I am šŸ¤·šŸ½‍♀️. I’m not sure if this is going to be a story or just a little life update—but here goes. Lately, everything I tried felt like a failure šŸ’”. I was really down—almost to the point of falling into depression. But as someone who clings to faith and the power of prayer šŸ™šŸ½, I chose to pray instead... and honestly? That saved me. Here I am— not depressed, but stepping out of the darkness. 🌤️ Let me just say this out loud: I missed myself. šŸ’« And just when I needed it most, a friend recommended a book called "A Thousand Boy Kisses." šŸ“–šŸ’‹ And oh my goodness—it’s the real deal! I ...

Learning to Breathe Again at the Edge of the Year

Hi beautiful people šŸ¤, I hope life is treating you kindly. 🌱 As for me—I’m here. Physically present, mentally drained. It’s Tuesday, yet Friday feels so far away. The only comfort is knowing this is the last week of work this year. And honestly… how did we even get here? One moment I was starting the year happy—eating ice cream in peace šŸ¦, feeling light and hopeful. Then came the turbulence. 2025, I wasn’t ready for you. I don’t think I’ll miss you much, but I will acknowledge you. You taught me lessons I never asked for. You took things I never imagined losing. And still, I thank God for the small mercies šŸ™—like ending this year single and whole. No new heartbreaks, no new wounds. The last relationship I was in ended back in 2024—two months in, on June 13. People say it was the worst decision of my life. Maybe they’re right. I sold myself short, and I’m still learning to forgive myself for that. Some days, the regret shows up uninvited, reminding me of choices I wish I had ma...

MY FITNESS JOURNEY: LEARNING TO LOVE THE UPS AND DOWNS

Hi, beautiful people! I hope life has been treating you amazingly! On my side, life has been full of honey and chocolate—seriously, my life is so sweet these days. I don’t know what changed, but whatever it is, God has really been working and protecting me. It’s been such a long time since I last wrote, and honestly, I feel like I’m about to collapse—just kidding! I’m alive and well. The truth is, I’ve been super busy working in the field, and by the time I get home, I’m too tired to craft something for you. But here we are! So, let’s talk about something that’s been on my mind. Back in 2023, I had an average-sized body with a BMI of 24—not too high, not too low—and I was happy with my size. I loved going to the gym, and I was doing well. I remember squatting up to 80kg, and I was so proud of myself! Then, at the beginning of 2024, I got sick, and my weight dropped drastically. My BMI fell to 17, which I really didn’t like at first. But as time passed, I started to love m...
