Hi hi beautiful people 💕,
I hope you’re doing well. Can you believe I’m back again with another blog post—just a day after posting the last one? 😅 I mean… who is she?! Honestly, I’m proud of myself. Big congratulations to me 🥳👏.
That being said… I’m still struggling. Life lately has felt like a bit of a mess, which is why I’ve decided to do a full-on reboot. Not to get back to how things were, but to create a new normal. It's not easy, but it's possible. Sooo... here’s the game plan 👇
☀️ 1. Morning Walks = Sanity
We're starting with 40-minute morning walks 🏃♀️, three times a week. Why mornings, you ask? Because doing it at night is not an option. I mean, my dad—God bless him—might actually drive me crazy soon 😭😂. So, morning it is!
-
Start time: 6:00 AM
-
Sleep time: 9:30 PM
-
Phone off by: 9:00 PM 📴
Let’s be honest: I need rest. Deep, proper rest. So, if anyone calls me after 9 PM, just know... I won’t answer. I’m not a night guard 😅. If you want to talk, do it earlier—respectfully. Because sis needs to protect her peace. ✌️
🥦 2. Eating With Intention
We’re also revamping our eating habits, starting with breakfast. From now on:
-
Breakfast = savory, filled with proteins + veggies, with limited carbs and no added sugar 🚫🍬
→ Yes, that means no sugar in your tea or coffee ☕🙃 -
Lunch & dinner = veggies first, then proteins, then carbs. This helps reduce sugar spikes (which lead to insulin spikes, which lead to… diabetes 👀—and we don’t want that).
-
If you crave something sweet, have it after lunch, not before. 🍫💁♀️
-
Dinner before 8:00 PM – give your body time to rest and digest 😌
🙏 3. Prayer & Journaling
We’ll also be working on our spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
-
Prayers: Focused on asking God to reveal Himself to us and help build a real relationship with Him 💫
-
Journaling: To build a deeper connection with ourselves—something most of us don’t even realize we need 💛
Join the Challenge!
If you’re feeling like you also need a reboot, join me! 📸 Share your morning walk photos in the comments, invite your friends, and let’s keep each other accountable. In a week, we’ll reflect on how far we’ve come. 📅
I genuinely hope this helps me find my rhythm again—and I believe it might help you too. Together, let’s chase that feeling of being fulfilled, refreshed, and in love with life again 💃✨
Thank you so much for reading, for always being here, and for being such a good friend. I love you beyond words 💖 and I can’t wait to see us bloom into the best versions of ourselves 🌷🌟
With all the love in the world,
I love you, my munchkins
